The child like hurt expression on his face turned to one of pure anger. "How dare you speak to me like that!" Aragorn stood up, glaring at the other as a single tear spilled out of his left eye. "How dare you mock my love! What did you expect me to do? I remembered last night and now I know that he might get you with child. You think I want to see you pregnant with another man's child? Do you think I would take it lightly and love the child all the same?" Aragorn stood there, everything the two had shared flashing through his mind. "I made a mistake," he hissed. "And I take it all back." Without another word, Aragorn shoved past Legolas, knocking into the other harshly with his shoulder and storming towards the door.
