Superb as a player and a person.
Harvard is probably still stewing about letting this local (Swampscott High) superstar get away. NB, he was put off by the Vietnam era commotion in 02138.
During Carm Cozza's seemingly endless decline and before Tony Reno's ascent I kept hoping he'd return to the Bowl and lead us back to excellence.
And speaking of letting the big one get away, keep an eye on our #51 this fall. He played his high school football within ten miles of Harvard Stadium. Perhaps he was close enough to become disenchanted.
