Just came across this interesting article from the Connecticut Post wherein Yale's first year baseball coach Brian Hamm suggests that the success of Columbia Baseball has nothing whatsoever to do with the skills and efforts of the Columbia coaching staff and the Columbia players, and instead is due to the size of the Columbia roster. According to Hamm, the baseball team's roster at Yale is undersized and at a disadvantage against all of its Ivy League opponents due to an under allotment of athletes by Yale's Athletic Department.
