It makes Penn’s poor clock management mid-way through the 4th quarter — calling TO to avoid a delay of game penalty on first down — loom large. Run the ball and the clock, call TO and then kick the FG. Maybe Penn wound have used it earlier anyway but either way, there were no TOs left. O’Brien had a game reminding me of Billy Ragone. I did not see this game, but IMO ivy staffs in general are hit or miss on clock management matters. Princeton's end of first half yesterday is a prime example of a "miss".
