NO, I don't want to give up anything either. It is like a prison at times already.
At my old plant in Indiana, you were encouraged to use your vacation for missed days not asked for in advance. I never had to get a Doctor's statement when I was sick. Guilty until proven innocent here. I had not worn safety glasses for about 10 years. We used our pa days 4 hours at a time to cover the whole day. Many supervisors were moved to less important positions if they harrassed or impeded people from doing their jobs. Most of the people would stick together on issues. It was far from perfect, but better in some ways
