One of the things I deal with is my temper, as you have seen from how I react to criticism on this board.

I allow the trolls on the board (specifically Dash & Queer) to get my goat, and bring me to fight back. Whatever can be said about Dash & Queer (and I've said a lot) it says something about me that I don't rise above it and go on with making my arguments.

RW is right. This (and R&RC) is just a message board stuck in a corner of the Web that, in the greater scheme of things, means nothing. It's stupid to be carrying on a personal fight (especially starting new threads to continue it) for days on end, endlessly repeating the loop. Yes, I've been lied about. The proper response is to correct those lies and go on, rather than drag the board down into a massive flame war.

Again, while Dash & Queer are trolls, I am at fault for allowing them to get a reaction out of me. And while I do not take back my criticism of Rosie's moderation, I admit I am at least partially at fault for the flame wars on R&RC because of the way I reacted to the trolling of Dash & Queer.

Rosie said an apology is required for me to get back on R&RC. This is not that apology. I don't take back what I have said about her moderation skills and the Leftist trolls that dominate the board. What I regret is not being the bigger person and allowing the attacks on me to bring forth a full frontal rhetorical assault from my keyboard.

One more time, RW is right. It's just a message board and I need to learn to take criticism.

I personally would not allow me back onto R&RC if I were Rosie. Why? Because I have (after realizing what a jerk I've made of myself) recognized my behavior pattern and "apologized" before, and have not changed the reactions that led to the flame wars to begin with.
