The narrative that there was insufficient water supply is a completely fabricated narrative that is being used to cover up the inexperience and incompetence of the fire departments duty chiefs. They used the same excuse when the lumber yard on carpenter at vanness street caught fire. They hit the wrong hydrants and easily could have hit a different hydrant in the same area that provides more than enough water and necessary pressure. This was pointed out by the water department head Wayne. I’m sure if the city actually looked into the incident they would figure out the pure incompetence of the fire department. They just show up to work now and put no time into learning or doing their homework in case they have these big fires in these areas.
