P. S., this is the only way to get the word out, when speaking out to proper chain of command, complaints are not reported. Even items were brought to past council members not to be addressed. Spineli right now is internally investigating to see who might be a "mole". Rest assured, his closet so called allies are contributing to the information coming out, that has degregated this department. In these truths, it is my hope, that wrongs are righted, and fairness to those individuals who scored above their promoted peers are properly rewarded. Also, it is hoped, that the skewed view on what constitutes an ideal candidate for promotion are corrected. It was said a past Chief stayed on the job, just to keep a member from being promoted to take his place. That Chief is now onto another job, and that person who was cheated out of a position never knew what was happening. But the Chief of the Department did. In closing, I hope those who have been hurt, come forward and reveal the miscarriage of civility in this department, as we within are in fear. Our own union head is complicit with decisions that have negatively affected it's own members.
