Subject: Relocating City Hall to the Armory

As a building restored on corruption this idea is perfect. That building was "restored" by Bobby Carchietta, 30 year "leased" to Orange County and when Bobby stopped paying his bills(ran away with the lease payments and M&T bank never went after him for it) the bank/county "foreclosed" on the building and got what it wanted- a "restored" building that didn't have to use prevailing wage because it was done with a cooperative third party to do the dirty work. And Bobby also played the bad guy by successfully albeit illegally razing the block of buildings across the street on Bway(bet Lander and Johnston) with the promise that OCCC would locate their Newburgh branch there- and Mayor Valentine vouched for the hogwash. BTW, whatever happened to him?
