Hilariously naive. All those things about that idiot were known before he ran for office. If you believe the VOTING demographic has changed/is changing you're an idiot. It's mostly arms length investors who don't live here and/or don't vote. The mechanics of running for office are purposely difficult and only suited for someone who either has a lot of money to pay people to do the(irrelevant and wasteful) leg work OR someone who has nothing else to do. Shakur has never held a job, has had at least a dozen kids he can't support and has plenty of time to schmooze with the demographic that will get out and vote for the stupidest of reasons.
