Omari is a race baiter. He sadly has a following, albeit small but vocal. He has never held a job, unless you count making license plates in prison. He has more free time than anyone and is known to openly threaten other black residents with impunity.

The NPD is fully aware of these acts, such as forcing domestic violence to, “take an L” to protect his criminal constituents from arrest. This is done all under the guise of being an advocate for people, particularly the Black community. He is one big hate filled, raging lunatic suffering from years of drug and alcohol abuse hypocrisy and anti-social behavior. He frankly scares the hell out of his own kind, who allow him to continue his beavior out of intimidation. Good people pay him little mind, hence his ability to act out as a detriment to the city. He can only be reduced to nill if and when people of his own kind have had enough and shut him down. Newburgh deserves him, plain and simple.
