So a innocent man working to support his family is gunned down by a thug or thugs. Nice having a reward to catch whomever was involved.

Let us see if Omari snitches are bitches Shakur can step up for once and instead of being a fellow thug he is able to help the cops find those involved.

Maybe our detectives should take a second look at Harvey’s rap video, then round up the usual suspects from the neighborhood .
