No! There’s like a gigantic lizard spitting matches in there let them go

Miss it’s an electrical fire and you’re disturbing please work. Now move or you’ll be going with them
JAMIE
Oh yeah?
Jamie folds her arms in protest
OFFICER
You are under arrest for failure to co-operate with an officer of law
CUT TO.
INT – COLLEGE – DAY
Ryan appears in a corridor – the building is severely burnt yet the fire is already out
RYAN
I know you’re in here
JENNY
Is that so?
Jenny smacks Ryan across the face with the fire extinguisher
JENNY
How are you “officer”?
RYAN
What are you doing here?
JENNY
You and your little friends should really try to extend your research a little more – anyone who knows anything, knows that a Dragontarch Demon impregnates it’s mate with it’s flames
RYAN
You called it on yourself…
JENNY
I can’t have a human child of my own, my eggs won’t let me
RYAN

RYAN
I’m not sorry for that – there’s treatment, there’s adoption. I’m sorry for this
Ryan smacks Jenny to the ground but he’s thrown back into a beam – the baby repels attacks
JENNY

Jenny grins as her stomach begins to swell the dragon man smashes through a wall and heads towards Ryan. He picks him up by the throat and slams him against the wall, struggling, Ryan manages to teleport out

INT – CELL – DAY
JAMIE
This is your fault!
DAWN
How is this my fault?
JAMIE
Drive like an alcoholic with no eyes lately?
DAWN

JAMIE

DARREN
Shut up! We are stuck here okay – what is wrong with you? We’re locked in here and all you can do is fight when Ryan is out fighting that thing on his own?!
JACK

Well if you have a plan on how we can get out of here after our one call to cancel Jamie’s hair appointment, then speak out

EXT – GARDEN – NIGHT
A young woman is sunbathing under a small, tennis ball sized sun – it’s raining outside yet she is dry
Ryan takes form behind her
THALIA
Well what do you know?
She slides her shades down and looks up at him
THALIA

FADE TO BLACK.
INT – KITCHEN – DAY
Thalia pulls a sweater over her bikini
THALIA
What brings you here? I assume it’s important like perhaps you telling me you’re not in prison anymore?
RYAN
I didn’t think you’d want to know
THALIA
Right, we only were seeing each other for two years
RYAN
I’m not here to fight
THALIA
We haven’t spoken in ten months. Why are you here?
RYAN

THALIA

RYAN

INT – CELL – DAY
OFFICER
Okay you’re free to go…one of your parents is here
JACK
(smiles)

INT – COLLEGE – DAY
Ryan arrives again, with Thalia at his side
THALIA
Still have your powers then
RYAN
It’s not a get-over-able thing
THALIA
So what’s the deal with this dragon guy – why do you need me?
RYAN
Fight fire with fire
THALIA
I can’t make fire
RYAN
But you can manipulate little suns, which are also hot things, and I was speaking metaphorically anyway
THALIA
What’s so tough about this thing anyway?
Thalia reaches the corridor, the walls are smashed up and burnt – wires are hanging out
POLICE OFFICER
Nobody move!
Ryan and Thalia turn to see a large group of police officers stood behind them
THALIA
Crap
RYAN
That won’t go too far with drawing attention to us!
The wall next to them bursts open as the dragon man stomps out
RYAN
Don’t shoot! Leave!
POLICE
This is not your business
The officers start to shoot as the dragon man screams out and releases a giant ball of fire into the air, hurling it at them, killing all of them
THALIA
Oh god
The Dragon Man turns and gives a lizard grin towards them
CUT TO.
INT – CASEYS CAR – NIGHT
CASEY
We never have to talk again after this. I’ve paid you back.
JACK
You weren’t in our debt
JAMIE
She was in mine
JACK
Shut up
CASEY
So how did you losers end up in jail?
JACK
You got a few hours?
CASEY
Not if I have to spend them with all of you
JACK
Then you don’t get the story
DARREN
How did you convince them you were over forty?
JAMIE

DARREN

CUT TO.
INT – COLLEGE - DAY
Thalia and Ryan are sprinting through the college as the dragon man chases them, bit’s of the building falling around them
THALIA
Why are we running?
RYAN
Because the real danger isn’t what’s behind us…
Ryan pulls Thalia through a door where Jenny is lying on the floor in labour
RYAN
It’s right there
The Dragon Man enters the room behind them
RYAN
Can you handle it?
THALIA
I’m on it
Thalia boots the dragon man in the chest – he grabs her and throws her back down, marching over to her, she rolls under his legs and kicks him from behind
Ryan kneels next to Jenny
RYAN
You need to stop this
JENNY
I need my baby
RYAN
This will kill you! You’re not strong enough to deliver something with
(looks at dragon man)
that many spikes on it’s back!
JENNY
It’s too late
(laughs)
It’s coming
Ryan is shot back by the power rushing through Jenny as Jenny suddenly clutches her heart – her eyes go black and wide as he skin begins to change to scales
RYAN
Okay new way or giving birth
Within seconds, Jenny has given life by becoming the dragon
Thalia spins round to come back to back with Ryan
THALIA
Strong
RYAN
We can handle it
Thalia smiles at him before they head back into battle
CUT TO.
EXT – COLLEGE – DAY
Dawn and Co arrive outside as one side of the building completely crumbles
CASEY
They’re still in there!
END OF PART THREE
INT – COLLEGE – DAY
Ryan snaps Jenny!Dragon’s neck and tosses her to the floor. The other dragon grabs him and literally throws him out of smashing to the ground through the window, he falls at the others’ feet.
DAWN
You’re alive!
RYAN
Thalia’s still in there!
JAMIE
That bitch?
RYAN
Not the time Jay
INT – COLLEGE – DAY
Thalia leaps onto the dragon man and uses all her force to knock him to the ground – she slams both her hands down onto his chest as her eyes steam out – Ice runs down her arms and into his chest
Slowly he completely freezes from the inside out
Ryan appears by Thalia as the floor begins to fall through
RYAN
Come on!
She looks in shock at the dead demons before grabbing Ryan – the dissapear just as the floor falls through
CUT TO.
EXT – DARRENS HOUSE – MORNING
Dawn hugs Darren tightly
DAWN
I’ll be back at Christmas okay?
DARREN
Sure
DAWN
If you need me…
DARREN
I know!
DAWN
Don’t break, burn or beat on anything unless it does it to you first
DARREN
Dawn. Go away.
DAWN
I’m gone.
Dawn waves as Ann drives her off to the train stations
JACK
Gonna miss her?
DARREN
No.
Darren walks off, dragging his feet, Jamie and Jack roll their eyes and smile at each other as they follow him
CUT TO.
EXT – RYANS HOUSE – MORNING
THALIA
Fun clean up all…eight hours of it
RYAN
This is my stop
THALIA
I know
RYAN
Listen…thanks for today
THALIA
Don’t mention it
RYAN
It was good you helped out
Ryan steps out of the car then leans in the door
RYAN
Now don’t speak to me again
Ryan slams the door shut leaving Thalia in shock
