Lets stay with a priority order as such:

Dept of Alabama
Columbus Depot
Mobile Depot
Civilian sack coat

The first two differ in details but look alike at a distance so if possible, lets have everybody in one of those two. Most folks have a Columbus Depot already. If not, order a Dept of Alabama.

It would be great to have everyone in the same thing but it might be tough for some folks.
