Hi Graeme

I was in a group of about six riders in the Eskdale/Beckfoot area on a very narrow stretch of lane, surrounded by hedge, when a car rushed into us, bringing one guy to the ground. The car sounds similar to the one you are describing, with registration like KAZ(?). Let me know if I can be of any help.
