Hi Danny,
fantastic ride, big thanks to Paul and the rest of the organisers and helpers.

I was amongst the group in the narrow lane on the approach to the bottom of the Hardknott climb from Eskdale Green when the incident you describe happened. The incidents must be separate. The car in this case was a blue coloured Renault Megane, I have the registration number and I will be a witness, if the rider who was knocked off his bike wishes to contact me.
I am concerned not to tarnish the ride or affect the delicate situation with other road users for future years, but this was a deliberate act of dangerous driving.
Let me know your thoughts...
