Subject: Typical NRL Week

What is a typical week for an NRL Match Official preparing for a big NRL fixture on the weekend? How much training do they do, how do they prepare for the game during the week and on match day, Maybe someone who knows what goes on could share some light on it as it is a very interesting thing and many people aspiring for to make the NRL would know what they are in for???
