Good luck to Pontypool for the coming season - now that Dunvant and Merthyr aren't about to be thrashed it may be even closer this season!

Wizard through and through but hoping that one of us replaces the shower that is Caerphilly and actually puts up a fight for our top division status!

If you can't accept a message of goodwill and good luck for the season I don't think I will bother in the future!

Just trying to say that both our clubs would make more of a fight than Caer and should be back in our rightful place in the elite of Welsh rugby.

Just to set you straight we have had one chance - last season. The previous year no-one was allowed to be promoted and therefore we had to stay where we were.
