Subject: Emm not very practical i think, as you say it is a union and as such if the clubs don't like it then vote against the committee, whats the problem?

Nice idea!! Seriously though, the WRU are out of touch with the modern game and boycotting them just for a better deal would make us just as bad as the gang of six. At the end of the day professional rugby is a BUSINESS, so why isnt the business + commercial side of our game run by businessmen?? England did it and negotiated good deals with sky and the like and theyre going from strength to strength. I went to Worcester a few weeks ago for a 7's tournament and they're ground, sponsors and facilities put a lot of premier clubs to shame, and they are a 1st division side like us!!!!
So instead of all this boycotting nonsense, a team of people with 1st class business knowledge should be in charge of finances and market the WRU for all they can! Maybe they could push for a British Premier League.........
