I dissagree with the point about playing your strongest team week in week out. A squad is a Squad and each and every one of that Squad must be playing rugby on a regular basis. This shortsightedness is exactly what has led to the demise of club rugby in wales. why take a talanted youngster and make him sit on the bench getting splinters up his A**e every week, it is essential that young players are Blooded and given the oppotunity to play at a higher level of rugby so if one of the older, wiser better players if you want to call them that are unavailable then the young blood can fit in well and not sufer from stage fright
