The rules are that the deadline for loans passed a few months ago (March I believe). This means that Dunvant will not be allowed to arrange loaned players from other clubs now. As for Bateman, this is either braking the rules or, as mentioned elsewhere in this thread, they have yet again got different rules for Welsh Scottish League sides to all the other Divisions. -- Pontypool RFC Message Board
