The writ, if I understand correctly, will have no bearing on this season's outcome - it's merely a claim for compensation against the perceived loss of revenue because we weren't promoted last year. If, however, the WRU had any sense, they'd promote us now and give you the playoff, to make the premiership an even number. I reckon we'd be prepared to drop the court case then.
