Immediatly, without a seconds hesitation, he jumped up, nearly knocking over his coffee in the process of handing it over to Lacey. Immediatly, he followed the doctor and hurried to get scrubbed up, finally making his way in to where he could see his girlfriend. His breath caught in his throat and he could feel tears stinging his eyes to the point of being in pain but he finally caught his breath and his cool and took a step forward. "Is she...awake?"
