It's true that the director has the final say so, and decisions go through her/him. Show them that you are worth all the effort in the world...as it ultimately begins with you! Seek out guidance if you have questions....start working hard know....believe in yourself...and most importantly.....have fun and never try to be anyone but you!!!!
