The USA system has 3 different panels of 5 judges. Not everyone can afford this or endure it. Odd number are best and 7 mins of consistent questioning is suffienct to see the individual react to certain criteria. Directors depending on Queens role should require criteria on current events and community issues not just on BIOs.
