Subject: Please help our Mrs Galaxy

Mrs. Galaxy called Ms Debbie day before yesterday from a hotel with her family she has not been heard from in the last two days her home was in the middle of the devastation and we don't know if she’s in a shelter or where she is right. Please bind together and lets see what we can do for our Galaxy sister. Stop and think of what she is going threw. Folks it's real, this is what life is about it not this stupid gossip stuff. Please rally together and be Galaxy proud The Texas Queens are putting together some plans to fund raise for the families in need. What if this was you or your family. If you have any ideas please email info@misstexasgalaxy.com.
Her phone is not working and it's beentwo days now with no commucation.

Many of us are already doing all we can to help. The financial distress is on so many right now - not only for just the victims. The whole of US may see gas prices surge to $4-5 by the end of summer...I commute everywhere. I have to start thinking about these things - as do all of us. The red cross is accepting monetary donations and it is so simple, you can do it online. Also if you live anywhere near where there are shelters, you can donate linens such as pillows, blankets, towels, washcloths. They are more than happy to accept those things. Hope this helps with ideas. I know I am doing all that I can do at the moment. Also, don't be too hard on people who come here and post - it is just a break from reality for many of us. Serves as a breathe of fresh air at times...lets keep the air fresh though - not ugly.

I have talked to Denise twice now since the storm has been there. She made it to Dallas to stay with a friend. Her and her family are fine, BUT they may have lost everything. Last thing I heard, her house was believed to be flooded. Please pray that her home and memories are okay. Please, if you can spare any money, gift cards, or clothing,---they need it so much now. I don't want to give out her personal info. on here but you can probably do everything through the Texas Galaxy organization--they also know how to get a hold of her. Her cell phone is difficult to get through but email does work. She has access to a computer.
