Subject: Here is one "modest dress"...what is it exactly and how important is it?

I have been wondering how careful we should be about modest dress at feis. While our daughters are not allowed to run around in bloomers and tank tops, we do allow for a quick change where bloomers are showing for a couple of seconds at a time (hopefully not right in someone's face, but in an off to the side sort of spot). We have young daughters and haven't worried about it so much but with all the creeps in the world and 24 hour news channels to remind us about them, I wonder if we should all be a bit more careful. Thoughts?
