Subject: Véro, si je peux me permettre, essaie de séparer ton déjeuner en deux temps, car tu prends l'équivalent de presque deux déjeuners. Ce faisant, tu dilates ton estomac, ce qui fait que lorsque tu dînes léger à midi, tu as faim plus rapidement, car ton estomac n'a pas trouvé son content. Tu pourrais manger une partie de ton déjeuner le matin à la maison et l'autre partie à la collation du matin? C'est une idée comme ça, mais moi je vois une différence lorsque je mange plus souvent, mais en plus petites quantités.
