Now that smoking got my weight down so I could play softball, I decided to play volleyball, too. Mark A., I was a really good all around athlete who was just overweight. It's true that smoking can cut down on your wind, but not if you keep it at 10 a day. I figure it actually helped me. By enabling me to lose weight, smoking helped make me quicker on the volleyball court.
