Hi Deana& Tony,
I have the same exact problem - Same exact fish. Not sure if she is egg-bound or has swim bladder disease. In either case, try giving her thawed frozen peas, take the skin off, this will help clean her out & is excellent food for all of your goldfish. I've been giving her Epson Salt Dips & this seems to be working. Put some aged water in a bucket with some water from the tank & put in 1 Tablespoon Epson Salts per gallon of water. You should also keep an airstone going in the bucket. Set her in for 15 minutes each day for 5 days. Mine seems about 80% better in 3 days! Also, what have you been feeding her up till now? Good luck, Sandy
