Jes, you have got courage, and I wish you all the best. Not many people are brave enough to make such a big change in their life. So, good on you!!

I hear ya about the mortgage thing, like a fricken noose around your neck, huh?
Sometimes I think it would be fun to cut loose all that financial bullshit and just live from day to day.
Other times, I like where I am now, and that I have control of where and how I live.
Which to choose??

Exactly! It's good to have a home to come to at the end of an adventure!

Chrys - I plan on the tours (and will have time to perfect them before actually taking people out). I'm thinking now about that and a few other smaller things (like reading tarot like you as I was once good at it and possibly doing ghost hunts, etc.) along with maybe a part time job at the library or book store. There's a lady in a smaller nearby town (for RD2 & Chico - Canal Fulton) who has done the same thing and has been really successful at it - so I know there's interest).

The only thing that scares me is health insurance. Last time I was about to toss caution to the wind (and at that time go back to school), I ended up finding out about the melanoma a week or so before I intended to quit!

But hey, I'm not going to let that stop me.

Ya'll are just so encouraging - that's why I luv ya! :)
