Exactly! It's good to have a home to come to at the end of an adventure!

Chrys - I plan on the tours (and will have time to perfect them before actually taking people out). I'm thinking now about that and a few other smaller things (like reading tarot like you as I was once good at it and possibly doing ghost hunts, etc.) along with maybe a part time job at the library or book store. There's a lady in a smaller nearby town (for RD2 & Chico - Canal Fulton) who has done the same thing and has been really successful at it - so I know there's interest).

The only thing that scares me is health insurance. Last time I was about to toss caution to the wind (and at that time go back to school), I ended up finding out about the melanoma a week or so before I intended to quit!

But hey, I'm not going to let that stop me.

Ya'll are just so encouraging - that's why I luv ya! :)

dude, that's awesome!

yeah, health insurance is a worry. i haven't had any since i moed out of my parents' house. even at the camp job, the deal was too shitty to bother with. for average things like going to the doc. every now and then, it's worked out fine, but i worry about big things too, like wtf would i do? some states have a health insurance you can get based on your income. here it's called Basic Health. ikeep forgetting to sign up though. but i know for some people it's only like, twenty or thirty bucks a month. they hae some huge complicated calculation to try to make it fair. it's definitely worth looking into if OH has anything like that. in most states i think it's the sorta thing where even if you're working, you could qualify, it would just cost more per month.

that ROCKS about the tours/ghost hunts/tarot/etc. you should throw the party after you have that going for awhile, and we can all go ghosthunting together : )

you wouldn't happen to need a tarot deck and book would you? my friend who's moving in a week or so was cleaning out her house and found this box with a rider-waite tarot deck (which i think is the most common) and a booklet, and she gave it to me. i'm definitely going to keep the box, but i'm pretty attached to the deck i use, and so was looking to give away the rider-waite deck and book. if you want it, e me your addy and i'll have it in the mail in the next few days.

my e addy is lotusmoonfloweirng@hotmail.com

this is awesome!
