She shrugged a little, keeping her shades on and her eyes closed so he couldn't see her eyes but her voice didn't sound angry when she spoke. "Didn't think you were celibate before I met you." She stated, her hand lifting up from her neck to just rest against her forehead, well the back of her arm actually, shading the sun just a touch from her face. Hell, he hadn't been celibate or monogamous after she had met him so of course he got around when he was single. He was sick, she suddenly remembered, and she really should be being the good girlfriend and taking care of him but she just...was feeling a little put off now and wasn't sure how to shrug herself out of the funk that she had fallen into other then with some good old fashioned sunshine. "Think she's going to be your new partner?" She'd kill the girl if she laid a hand on him. Well, not kill her but cleverly hurt her without leaving bruises. He nodded a little, watching him for a second before he smiled. "Yeah, definitely..." The sound of the baby fussing filled the hallway and he smiled again, a genuine one this time, full of good 'ole boy southern friendliness. "Congratulations on the boy, by the way. He really is a good lookin' kid." He pursed his lips, smirking a touch as he thought about how the baby came from good genes. Between Shaylin's good looks and Remy's size, strength and near genuis intellect, the kid had a lot going for him. With one last nod he turned, pausing to gaze at the woman in front of him again before he just tipped his hat and winked at her. "I am sure I'll be seein' you around."
