She sighed deeply, drawing her legs which had previously been beneath her to her chest, one arm wrapping around them as the other arm shifted so she could absently rub a hand over the blatant scar on her neck where she had taken a bullet. The skin there was a little rougher, the tissue scarred and healed over but still a constant reminder of when she had almost lost her life and how she had thought then -- and still did -- that life wasn't worth living without him in it. "Of course it was good then, Kyrian, but maybe...maybe it wasn't exactly healthy." She stated softly, her lip tucking between her teeth for a moment before she spoke again. "And I never said things can't go forward, I just don't think they need to go forward quite as quickly as they did before...we just kind of rushed into things without really understanding each other, knowing each other and...well, it didn't end up so well, you know?" She let out a low breath, her brow furrowed gently as she tried to look at all this with a level head instead of letting her emotions over run her as they oftened threatened to do when he was involved.

        I am honestly surprised you even looked in that fridge. (He said with a smirk when she sat down in front of him, arching a brow as he looked her over.) We never have food and you know that. (He leaned back on his hands on the coffee table and smiling in a thoughtful manner. He was already planning out their first date in his head, and it wasnt seeming as bad as he first thought it might.) Yeah, I was thinking I might have to call wong's later myself.. although since Shay's been on the healthy baby kick she's been pestering Remy and me to get off the greasy food.. (He shrugged.)
