I'm reading that he got his art education in other places. I wonder why Newburgh won't create schools of higher education in the arts. We used to have a music academy. We have beautiful scenery. We have a potentially perfect space for artistic inspiration in Dowing Park. The views and open lawn up off Carpenter are perfect. (Oh wait. That was suggested before and that got run out of town real fast by the then DPPC.) We have Cronomer Valley, Snake Hill AND the bluff in the Heights (WHEN we take that back). Inspiration and places to develop more great artists and art. Paint, draw, write stories or poetry.

There's so much right here. Why to people like Bryan have to leave to get good art education?
