Personally I don't want or need special bags because I use my own. When there's garbage or litter on my block I put it out with my own household garbage. I'm a proud owner of a broom and I'm not afraid to use it. I'm a Newburgher who actually likes to live clean. Some of my neighbors? Not so much. (Maybe we should take pictures of dirty properties and put some here. Can that be done? I think I've seen pictures on this board.)
