Had a stinking cold and couldn't get to see the play last night but some friends of mine went and said they had a terrible time - they could hardly hear what the actors were saying because people kept laughing. I cannot understand why, if people want to have a good old laugh they can't do it in the privacy of their own homes. Instead they have to go to Theatres, watch a comedy and spend the evening enjoying themselves. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I only hope the rest of the season at BLT gives us nothing to laugh at as much as Lust in the Dust.
