I don't know if many of you all remember but Miss Illinois USA 2013 Stacie Juris, had been arrested for shoplifting two years prior to winning her state title and she went on to be 2nd runner up at Miss USA. So I think anything is possible! I actually think Barbara would do great at USA!

I don't understand all this hate. It's sad. It's even sadder if it's true they just took her money with no chance to win.
