Congratulations to Miss Peru Luciana Fuster for winning Miss Grand International 2023. We are so proud that she has got the 2nd crown for her country (2017, 2023) and Peru has won 3 of the 6 most important beauty pageants of the planet (Miss World, Miss Universe and Miss Grand International).
