 Miss International 2023 – Miss Venezuela.

Congratulations to Miss Venezuela Andrea Rubio for winning Miss International 2023. We are so proud that she has got the 9th crown for her country (1985, 1997, 2000, 2003, 2006, 2010, 2015, 2018, 2023) and Venezuela has won 5 of the 6 most important beauty pageants of the planet (Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International, Miss Earth and Miss Grand International).

2nd Runner-up: Peru – Camila Díaz
