1. No i don't think that it can help your physical body. It can not help you get muscles, you get muscles by lifting weights and working out. When i am depressed i don't want to be listening to music because I just want the silence to think about the situation. All that music does it distract me.

2. Music helps the mind by soothing it. It can also calm you down. Music can also give people the initative to get things done and to give some new ideas.

3. Yes if music can nourish the soul, it can also damage soul, by listening to dark emo music, it can turn you into a hermit. This music can also make you wear tight jeans.

4. I think that the body nourishing the mind is more important to me, because music can not help my body, but it can also calm me down and soothe my mind.
