HELLO? YES! I KNOW IT WAS THE LAST STOP! THE TRAIN WAS AT 207TH STREET! WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW IS WHERE THE DAMNED TRAIN WAS HEADED WHEN IT LEFT THE STATION! IT TAKES A LOT OF EFFORT TO CHANGE THE DESTINATION SIGNS. A PUSH OF A BUTTON? IS THERE A FUNCTIONING BRAIN IN THE ENTIRE TRAIN STAFF? IF I DID MY JOB THIS WAY I'D BE FIRED! MAYBE THAT'S WHAT THE MTA NEEDS TO DO WITH THESE MORONS: FIRE THEM AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO "WORK"!
