This happened as early teen boy, 13, in North America, in 2010 or later.

I had an exam or surgery in my stomach area. I had my appendix removed.

The procedure occured at a health center. They were taking out teens appendixs My parents brought me to something called the teen wellness center

SYMPTOMS AND OBSERVATIONS AFTER THE PROCEDURE

I had pain, irritition or other problems in my mouth. I had pain irritation or other problems in my urethra or bladder. I had pain irritation or gas in my colon or lower stomach. My belly hurt after i woke up.

ARRANGEMENTS AND ANESTHESIA BEFORE AND DURING THE PTOCEDURE

I also had some bandages on my belly. I was given sedative medicines through my mouth I was given medication intravenously. They gave me gas through a mask. They had me take something to relax before they took me to the operating room and then put a mask on me and and iv in my arm.

ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE PROCEDURE

An IV with fluids and pain medication. No brething tube, just a mask. I had catheter for a couple of hours after i woke up. Heart monitor. Just regular stuff like checking my heart and breathing. Asleep the whole time.

COMMRNTS

He had general anesthesia with breathing tube, the normal breath paralyzed, and artifcial ventilation, but such details were not told him, and the breathing tube was taken out before he was fully awake so he does not remember it.

What is descibed is a normal procedure for taking out apendix with laparoscopic surgery.

But from the answar, it looks like they called in all early teen boys to remove the apendixes. This is not something to recommend and it use resouces and brings costs.

Highly probable there were unsaid reasons for the ordeal.

They possibly harvested appendixes and other tissue for research and to sell to medical companies for making products.

Highly probable they performed an inspection in the bladder, rectum, colon of the teens. The symptoms told about point to this, and

Such an mandatory inspection can be useful for teens in that age. But it is often perfomed on teen under anesthesia without telling it.

But the anesthesia gives risks and it should be done with methods not needing general anesthesia, and not telling point to dishonesty among the staff.
