I just sent my questionnaire. I add to it:

A month before the exam, we had the whole family pre-op. After the blood draw, we each received an injection in the shoulder. Then we had to get naked and shower. They put a shirt and trousers with electrodes on the bare body and we got a cap with electrodes on the head again and went to the computer each. Here we are after repeated confirmation of the statement that we will answer according to fact had to answer questions about our childhood, how we were rewarded by our parents and also detail how we were punished. We had to describe our parents in detail, including as much detail as possible about their bodies. I had to describe in great detail my intimate life, including the description of my partners and when sexual intercourse occurred. In particular, the most intimate questions were repeated several times each time in different formulations. The test lasted over two hours. Then they sat us naked in the waiting room, where another family sat across from us. In the waiting room, the chair seats were molded so that you had to sit on them with your legs very much apart. After a while the family was called in for a check-up and after about a quarter of an hour another family was put in their place and we were called in for a check-up after another quarter of an hour. After a detailed examination of my entire body, my daughter and I had my intrauterine cells removed during a gynecological examination. During the examination, my daughter and I received injections in my breasts and vagina. After a few days, we felt small solid objects in our chests. They were removed during the examination.
