That so called pharmacist doesn’t have the training or real patient experiences of a RE either.

Pharmacists are great but that one (if they actually are), doesn’t have the knowledge of a practicing medical physician, especially a specialist. No need to argue but if a parent has a concern don’t listen to an internet “pharmacist” and take your child to see their physician.
