She danced at the world championships on March 27th 2024 under McNelis Cunningham. Under the ruling of CLRG, as the dancer transferred and the school they transferred from is still open, a 6 month ban applied. How do Carson think they are entitled to have this dancer dancing before at the earliest September 27th but in reality the transfer did not get submitted that day
