Seeing both sides! Congrats to all who danced at the IN’s. Great competition. Great numbers. My observation is that I’m sad (don’t shoot me) that world medalists and world champions didn’t all dance. Hey! They’re all, already qualified. Why bother? Well there’s a kid 5/6 places off at IN’s from qualifying due to the number ratio and who may compete in a very tough region. They’d have qualified had you danced. Goodwill folks. Goodwill. Forget the money mam’s and dads spend. The travel, competition and camaraderie pays that back in spades. All of these children are a credit. Just Entering the comp helps lots of dancers more than you think. It really has nothing to do with money. The kids are all superstars and want to DANCE Worlds. Just another way to think about things
