Subject: Elite customer service

I have used elite but customer service has gone very downhill and they seem to be very selective about who they feature on their social media. These children follow these dress designers and love to think as part of the experience you are going to be featured. They seem to use TIk Tok also which the page has now been removed so have traces of anyone that featured on tik tok. It would be great if they could be consistent and post all in the same way despite the dancer or school. Such a huge amount of money to spend and it’s such an easy thing to be consistent on - sure they have enough staff now!
