Put your child in something that wont destroy their mental health and dancing will do that for sure do that. Insane pressures are placed on them in numerous ways. Put them into a sport that teaches about integrity, the dance world here has none. I myself am part of many activities with my children and nothing will break your bank balance and soul like Irish Dancing will.

It is not affordable for many and no the cheating scandal has done nothing apart from line the pockets of the corrupt ones even more and probably taught them better methods of cheating whilst not getting caught. It has become a very sad and toxic world to be in.
