Even without distractions in her personal life, Ms. Connick is not an organized or particularly bright woman. The main reason she was elected is enough people thought she was easily manipulated and others thought she was honest even if a bit a stupid.

So who do we confront? If you dare attack those Petri sisters or James McCutcheon, you’re a dead man walking.
